  I wanted to write this review to warn off anyone from the surrounding areas that will choose this store because it's the closest to you. I made the mistake of going here for that reason as well, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The lack of professionalism was astounding, the young man named "Byran?" that had been the one assisting me was mainly on his phone instead of helping. We waited 40 minutes even though there was only one other person there to wait on, before being seen. Apparently the manager was not on duty and the only employee's there weren't even up to date on current deals going on or correct prices. Which concerned me because I was going to start a new line of service there, and I've worked for phone companies before I understand the training you're suppose to have to be able to fully assist customers. Instead of sitting down and understanding what we wanted, the employee just listed off an amount we would have to pay right away. Which is impossible to know because starting a new service your credit must be ran, which he never even used the computer to find out. He did Not go over different plans, phones, or prices. Became belligerent and literally said it was a waste of his time to even be helping customers that he had better things to do. Considering we were the only customers in the store at the time, I can only assume he wanted to get back onto his phone and text instead. I had to stop and explain to him how rude it was he was treating people older than him like it had been a waste of his time and couldn't be bothered. We ended up leaving and going to Sprint and started service, which is cheaper by the way and they even have a deal going on with 50% off new phones. The people at Sprint were very polite and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. If a manager does read reviews on here, please make sure to not leave employee's at the store without a manager if they are still unable to help people with the basics. I'd also recommend reminding them to be polite, because when they aren't they lose customers.
